These Terms of Service govern your use of the Eluma Lighting website and any purchases made through our online store.

Eluma Lighting is operated by Filip Ambroziak, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Eluma Lighting sells lighting and related home products to customers in the United States.

By visiting our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Online Store

Our website allows customers to browse and purchase products offered by Eluma Lighting.

We will not intentionally add undisclosed mandatory charges after a customer has committed to a purchase.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted unless there has been an obvious pricing error.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

After an order is placed, you will normally receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• A product is unavailable.

• There has been an obvious pricing or listing error.

• Payment cannot be authorised.

• We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

• We cannot fulfil the order to the delivery address provided.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Product Availability

We aim to keep product availability information accurate.

In rare cases, a product or variant may become unavailable after an order has been placed because of inventory changes.

If we cannot supply the product ordered, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include cancellation and a full refund.

We will not intentionally substitute a materially different product without the customer's agreement.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods made available during checkout.

Eluma Lighting does not require customers to make undisclosed payments outside the checkout process in order to receive an order.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Eluma Lighting currently sells and ships to eligible addresses within the United States unless otherwise stated on our website.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, customs disruption, or other transportation issues.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

8. Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not already been fulfilled or shipped.

Because orders may begin processing quickly, cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started.

If an order can no longer be cancelled, an eligible item may still be returned after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

There is no restocking fee.

Where an item is confirmed to have arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Eluma Lighting will cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required.

10. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Additional processing time may be required by the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
